Your Vocal phone runs VOCAL OS, refined alongside the hardware. We roll out regular updates to improve speed, stability and privacy — and to bring new features over time.
How to update your phone
Getting the latest update takes only a moment:
- Open the Settings app on your Vocal phone.
- Go to System, then tap Software update.
- Check your current update status on the screen.
- Follow the on-screen steps to download and install.
Tip: connect to Wi-Fi and keep your battery above 50% before updating.
Activate VoLTE & ViLTE
VoLTE delivers crystal-clear calls and ViLTE brings video calling over the mobile network — no internet app required. To turn them on:
- Make sure your mobile operator supports VoLTE/ViLTE in your area.
- Activate the service with your operator if it is required.
- In Settings, enable VoLTE and Carrier video calling.
- Set your preferred network type to 4G or 5G.
- Look for the “HD” mark next to the signal icon to confirm.
If a call doesn’t connect at first during busy hours, wait a moment and try again.
